Case Management Office: 970-461-2222
1511 E. 11th Street, Loveland
This is a community non-profit organization of volunteers and agencies dedicated to helping our flood survivors with Long Term Recovery needs. The LTRG-LCF has a Case Management office at 1511 E. 11th Street in Loveland. The phone number is 970-461-2222. Flood survivors who are owners or renters of primary residences impacted by the September floods are encouraged to call the office for an appointment, where they can meet with a case manager and begin the application process for assistance. Assistance could potentially be: referrals to other agencies with funding, coordination of labor through volunteers, rebuilding or temporary housing assistance or potentially grant funding for verified unmet financial needs. There is an application and information submittal process that is required. Applications are on-going – there is no closing date at this time. All are encouraged to apply if they have incurred financial impact due to the flood.
