  TETRA TECH SELECTED AS RIVER MASTER PLANNER After many hours of review, discussion and voting rounds, the LTWRC Selection Committee chose Tetra Tech out of Ft Collins as our partner for developing the Master Plan for the entire 61 miles watershed.
