Residents of Pinewood Springs and Spring Gulch can obtain temporary access passes to travel through the town of Lyons. Passes will be available at Lifebridge Church, Hwy 66, Longmont, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You can come pick your pass any day, not just the day you are going in on. On the day you go, vehicle access for businesses is 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For Lyons in-town residents, it is noon-2 p.m. and 5:30-7:30 p.m. You can stay from noon to 7:30 p.m if necessary. It is our understanding that Pinewood residents may go through town once per day. The entrance and exit times are so that the town can coordinate access with other entities such as the school district and contractors so cars overload the checkpoint.
