Thanks to cooperative weather and the exceptionally hard work of National Guard and CDOT crews, the highway, which was originally scheduled to open December 1, is now scheduled to reopen in early- or mid-November!

Crews will continue to work from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week, and at this time local access restrictions will remain the same.

Please be sure to join us for a community meeting on Tuesday, October 29 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the LifeBridge Christian Church, 10345 Ute Hwy, Longmont, CO 80504. At the meeting there will be information for those who live within the US 36 work zone from representatives from CDOT, the Army and Air National Guard, Larimer County, Boulder County, FEMA, and their individual neighborhood representatives who are working on interior water, roads and other infrastructure. Individual FEMA agents will be on hand to assist those who haven’t registered for aid yet.

Will the noon pilot car be in affect next week? Will additional times be available on any days?
